Description:
1. Maintain an elegantly appointed function rooms with superior staff
dedicated to providing our guests with an attentive and distinctive
experience for breakfast, lunch, dinner, receptions and cater-outs. 2.
Project a positive, professional and friendly image to all guests and
employees. 3. Assist in hiring, developing, motivating, leading and
disciplining all staff. 4. Communicate directly with convener or host
and review details of his/her function. 5. Ensure complete function
success by holding staff briefings of event details, delegating to
Captains and staff accordingly, coordinating with Banquet Chef on
timing of functions and overall monitoring of event. 6. Organize and
orchestrate any last minute changes or details to functions efficiently
and effectively. 7. Understand and demonstrated knowledge of all food

Accurately prepare banquet billing and reporting. 13. Ensure a safe
working environment by maintaining compliance with State regulations
and taking corrective action for all workplace hazards. 14. Ensure
proper care, security and maintenance of hotel equipment through
diligent supervision of service personnel. 15. Observe daily conditions
of all physical facilities and equipment, and make recommendations for
improvements as needed. 16. Monitor staff’s appearance,
attitude and
degree of professionalism and ensure strict adherence to Four
Seasons’
grooming and service standards. 17. Communicate with and stimulate
co-operation with other Divisions to ensure a supporting team of

Maintains high quality standards in regard to alcohol service,
sanitation and safety. Responsible for the setup, maintenance and
operation of the bar. May be responsible for serving food to guests.

FUNCTIONS:
o Adheres to all Company

Collects currency and gives receipt with every
transaction and
completes daily paperwork.

Ensures standards of appearance and sanitation

all water and beverage glasses filled as

have good table service skills.
