Housekeeper

Description:
Responsibilities include maintaining the highest quality of cleanliness
for our condominiums and public areas. Must be 18 or older. Detail
oriented, dedicated and dependable people needed. Prior housekeeping
experience strongly encouraged. Hours of operation are from 10:00 am
until work is completed (usually around 6:00 pm). Flexible schedule
available. Full and part-time positions available. Uniform shirt is
provided. Pants, shoes, etc. to be furnished by employee under
departmental guidelines.

Position
Description:
We are currently looking for one full time, year round security
officer. Security Officers maintain security watch of premises,
responds to disturbances, complaints, thefts, vandalisms and accidents.
Officers also provide emergency medical assistance, writes shift
summary and incident reports, responds to, and assists, Management,
Guests, Police, Rescue, and Fire personnel in emergency situations. One
year certfication from College or Technical School and 3 to 6 months
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and expereince. CPR and First Aid required, must be willing
to pursue ECA or EMT certification. Valid driver's license a must.
Excellent physical condition, out going personality, ability to calm
situations, no crimanal record and clean driving record required. This
position is available immediately.

Responsibilities include checking in guests, orienting them to the
Resort, responding positively to guests questions and concerns, and
selling all resort activities and programming. Being detail oriented
and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment is
essential. Prior customer service experience and Resort knowledge is
helpful. Various shifts available between 7:00 am - 11:00 pm, full or
part-time. Must be able to work any weekday, weekend or holiday shifts

Perform

- 11p. 5 days/wk, weekends and holidays may be required.
Requirements:
Three
years previous home
maintenance experience desired, including general carpentry, painting
and plumbing. English communication skills required. Spanish skills
helpful. Strong verbal communication skills and a valid CO driver's
license with clean driving record required.

Description:
Job Description: Inspect rental units before all arrivals, inspect
homecare units on a weekly basis, deliver packages, make sure outside
and inside lightbulbs are working, assist guests with luggage and
special requests. Assist managers with special projects both in the
office and on property. Help front desk employees with adminstrative
tasks, answering phones, and answering homeowner and guest questions.
Schedule: 4 days, 10 hours / day.
Requirements:
High school
diploma or equivalent required. Colorado driver's license required.
Must have previous guest service or hospitality experience and have
basic computer skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
